Anyone know what happens when the max number of Ampl is minted (which is 395,345,189) ? Currently the circulating supply is a little less than half that, but considering it’s more than doubled within the past year or so, I wonder if beyond the max number it looses its elasticity and just becomes another deflationairy coin.
There is no max supply.

I think you may be confusing total and circulating supply with max supply. The total and circulating supply can scale infinitely through the rebase mechanic, and the rebase does not affect the circulating/total supply ratio. Like Ampltools said there is no max supply.
